Frequently Asked Questions
Are your perfumes 100% authentic?
Yes. Every fragrance we sell is sourced directly from the brand's regional distributors. We do not sell decants, refills or grey-market stock. If anything ever feels off, we'll refund you in full.
Do you ship across South Africa?
Yes — nationwide courier delivery to all major centres including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Bloemfontein. Standard delivery is 2–4 working days. See our shipping policy for full details.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on all orders over R2 000. Below that, a flat courier fee applies based on your location.
How long do your perfumes last on skin?
Most of our eau de parfum (EDP) fragrances last 6–10 hours. Heavier oriental and oud-based perfumes can last 10–14 hours and project strongly. Lighter florals and citrus EDTs typically wear 4–6 hours.
What's the difference between EDP and EDT?
Eau de parfum (EDP) has a higher concentration of fragrance oils (typically 15–20%) so it lasts longer and projects more. Eau de toilette (EDT) is lighter (5–15% oils), better suited to hot weather and office wear.
Are Arabian perfumes the same as designer perfumes?
Arabian fragrance houses (Lattafa, Khadlaj, Armaf, Ajmal, Afnan, Maison Alhambra and others) are legitimate perfume makers — not counterfeits. Many of their scents are inspired by designer originals, but the juice is original and legally produced. They typically offer better longevity at a lower price.
Can I return a perfume if I don't like it?
Unopened, sealed bottles can be returned within 7 days. Once opened, fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. See our refund policy.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Approved resellers unlock wholesale rates across our entire catalogue. The minimum order is R20 000 with a R20 000 sign-up deposit. Apply via our wholesale page.
Where is your physical store?
Block A, Shop A256 & A273, China Mall, Industrial Road, Amalgam, Johannesburg, 2000. Open Mon–Sat 9:00–18:00 and Sundays 9:00–15:00.
How do I make my perfume last longer?
Moisturise first (fragrance binds to oil, not dry skin), spray on pulse points (wrists, neck, behind ears, inner elbows), and store the bottle away from direct sunlight and heat. A light reapply mid-afternoon doubles wear.
