Shipping & Delivery

All South African orders are dispatched and delivered within 1 to 3 working days after payment has been confirmed. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

We ship anywhere in South Africa using trusted courier partners. A tracking number is shared with you as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.

Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban and all outlying areas are covered. Delivery times are consistent at 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

For deliveries outside South Africa, please contact us on WhatsApp or email perfumestudio57@gmail.com before placing your order. We will confirm availability, shipping costs and estimated timelines.

Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, over weekends or on public holidays are processed the next working day.
