Refund Policy
1. Overview
At Perfume Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products seals need to be intact, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrances, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please remember to send pictures as proof with your refund claim.
4. How to Request a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the same eligibility conditions as returns.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
