By accessing and using the Perfume Studio website (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

3. Products and Pricing
All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.
5. Shipping and Delivery
South African orders are delivered within 1 to 3 working days after payment has been received and confirmed. Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. International orders require prior contact before placing an order. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Perfume Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Perfume Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site or products purchased through the Site.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
